Julie Furber has lived in Redlands for the last 30 years. She came to So. Calif from the Northwest to attend Loma Linda School of Dentistry and graduated from there in 1980. She is currently in private practice in Yucaipa. Photography has always been a strong interest but did not become a real hobby until 2001. A trip to Denali with a Van Os group opened the door to more photographic education and opportunities. Julie has a strong interest in the outdoors and has been on numerous back country experiences. She has traveled to Alaska several times and to ANWR. She has been to China and India along with a few European countries. All of which has kindled the desire to learn and improve her photography. She is a regular competitor in the Redlands Camera Club competitions and has received many awards for her photographs. She has had her images in the Del Mar fair, Best Photo and Daily Digital Photo. Six of your best photos, 600 pixels on the long side,(If you don't know how to resize your photos to the proper dimension, send them anyway and I will resize them for you) a short bio and a small photograph if you want one on the site.
